MEET BROOKE

OWNER & FOUNDER

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, I opened this business with a hope to bring something new to the industry of weddings. First pursing Interior Design, I graduated and quickly found the corporate life was not for me. Shortly after, I discovered weddings might be the right fit.

I worked as a Venue Coordinator for 2 years and fell in love. The more weddings I worked, the more passionate I was for the craft — so I decided to make it my own in 2021, coordinating and helping plan 2 dear friends’ weddings. As of 2025, I’ve helped over 100 couples wedding days come to life.

Aside from weddings, you can find me nose deep in a good book, on a long walk with family, or sipping a coffee.

what makes weddings by brooke different?

DIVERSE PERSPECTIVES

I started falling in love with weddings back in 2016 when I opened my calligraphy business. Since then, I’ve worked in weddings in several different capacities. Over the years working as a wedding photographer, signage creator, venue coordinator, florist, and wedding planner, I bring a well rounded idea of the day to the table and can see your wedding from multiple different perspectives.

PERSONALIZATION

When you book me, I’m committed to personalizing your wedding experience to reflect your unique style and personality as a couple. I begin the process with in-depth interviews to understand your vision, preferences, and any specific details that matter most to you. By getting to know both of you on a personal level, I’m ensuring that every aspect of your wedding— from decor and theme to the overall atmosphere— aligns with your shared story and individual tastes. My goal is to create a celebration that truly represents who you are together, making your special day unforgettable.

DEDICATION TO PRESENCE

It’s my deepest goal to make sure you leave your day having been present with your loved ones through every small moment. I create a detailed plan with you beforehand so that you feel confident everything will be brought to life the way you envisioned it, leaving you relaxed, present, and soaking in your day as newlyweds.

EXCLUSIVITY

Lastly, something that’s a bit controversial but I stand by it - I’ve worked wedding seasons where I’ve had multiple weddings in one weekend, and I’ve found it’s just not for me. When you book me, you’re getting all of me. Not a distracted version of myself, thinking of tomorrow’s wedding. If I’m trying to help you be present, it would be contradictory of me to not be present myself. So when it comes to your wedding week, you’re the only couple I’m focused on, and I’m available for you every day and hour leading up to your celebration.
